So, I bought this watch over a year ago now, and I really like it. I've worn it mostly to work and just casually so this hasn't seen any "tours of duty" or anything, but it's holding up well. Being a clumsy individual, if there's something for me to scrape this thing on I will (concrete, metal, glass, brick walls, desks, etc.) .. and to show for it are a few light marks around the bezel (nothing on the dial window though! That's impressed me). Technically this is my first everyday watch, and that being the case I have little to no experience with the many that are out there. However, for the price point, I've been more than satisfied.
These are the pros and cons after a year:
Pros:
Great casual style. Will go with nearly anything.
Clear open face. Easy to actually read what time it is. The glow in the dark is cool too and bright, still. (...the child in me, I know... :-)
Has kept time within seconds of what I set.
Comfortable
Water resistant for all everyday tasks
Cons:
Loud ticking. If you rest your head on your hand, you will probably stop.
Thicker bezel. You get used to it though. (I have smallish hands, and only a "dressy" Citizens watch to compare the bezel too)...Read More
